The post I was referring to took a swipe at two entities

1. English culture
2. Non believers ( this was an implicit swipe - the inference being people have gone away from “deen”. So if you are a believer you won’t rape. But if a non believer, all bets are off).

Did you stop to think how offensive that thought process is to both those who are British and to non believers?
