Don’t you guys find it annoying to rinse the dishes before washing them? If there is caked-on stuff on the dish, I have to scrub that off before I put it in the washer, which makes me feel like that’s most of the work. So I just end up hand-washing the dishes.

normally you don’t need to rinse. If the dish is really dirty, a quick rinse will do.
