They havent released the nagra2 in North America openly as yet! they are fully waiting for dishnet and other companies to impliment the Nagra2 ..so they can release it openly

FYI: N1 wasn't cracked. Backdoor password was leaked.
N2 being cracked are still rumors ... but its just a matter of time if its not true :)

actually..yea apparently someone has spread some bad rumors...and they did it so they can phase out the FTA recievers. Apparently alot of people are cashing in on the scam which is pretty hot right now!
There is no N2 available to public as yet.....but it can happen anytime! and it will :)

For those many channels, seems like the guy is splitting the account between 4 people or more, which is a big no no, as anything over 3 increases the risk of being audited by Dish Network. I say be careful and ask for guarantees in case the account gets audited and thus inactivated.

Well payments are quaterly but I believe it could be negotiated to month to month basis atleast after the first 3 months, thus minimizing the risk. I'm personally have a subscription with them for the last 5 months without any problems. I've known him for the past 6 years in business at the same location (most got shut or busted). Above all, he's not Asian and more of his customers are Latinos.
This is not offered in the US, so the audits don't concern much whereas the provider assures continuity of service without any interruption.
This offer is via commercial accounts which go in lots of 100. No channels could be added upon personal request.

Dish can call the customers up and ask for the location IDs of the receivers to verify that and cancel service based on that, but I dont think they would do that to ppl with 2-3 receivers, they'd rather go for people with too many additional receivers.
