Funny thing in a Law class, we were talking about the real estate law and I asked the instructor what happens if the house is you know possessed ....so according to most states it is not required to disclose the "jinnat living there history" of a house as according to the courts there is no such thing as jinnat:)...unless the previous owners advertize it as being a haunted house :D
