  1. Ahle-kitaab must become Muslims and believe in Allah (SWT) as the Only God and Muhammad (SAW) as the last and final prophet.

  2. Yes, Allah (SWT) will deal justly with those who die as disbelievers. Allah (SWT) has also clearly stated what their end would be like. Please refer to the ayahs I quoted from the Quran.
