These days the kesc staff are undertaking strikes against their management due to which the power failure duration has increased in many areas.

i though their strike causes delays in repairs so my folks in Khayaban-e-Badban area did NOT have power for 36 hours because the neighbourhood transformer/feeder had blown out. i think regular power outages are due to load-shedding…agree?
