hmm u shudnt have discussed what u heard abt him with that stranger...but newayz now what u shud do is let yr neighbour know abt it...at most he wl get bit angry but u wl feel satisfied...writting a letter n all wl be 2 complicated...u only get in more trouble while going thru such means...
