Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

yeh desh hai veer jawano ka albelo ka mastano ka, iss desh ka yaaron...hoy... is desh ka yaaron kya kehna, teein teein teein

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

Where are UP walaas?

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

lolz even now every time i go to brigade road/chruch street i can see lot of women smoking publicly,it's common with IT women but this place is something else i had to go daily there for my training
those iranians women in mg road are completely crazy it's like they are out of the cage, you must remembering drunk iranian women who beat traffic police lolz

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

KKF is on leave I think:)

smoking is not in the delhi-chandigarh waali style, we are known for drunk driving and killing people then running away from crime scene:D
best temperatures in the year, with "Namma Metro" it is going to be good city, though I like hyderabad more:D

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

educated ones i met had decent dress sense, but few up wala use to wear fake levis/pepe brands,i dunno this guys use to tell me we can get all this brands for 300-500 in delhi chor bazar i was like WTF :
i always use to think up-bihar people were same…

one of my up friend from noida really got hurt from this,he took huge one hour class to say how superior they were from bihar, but i find both the slangs to be same..

especially their english, they will use he for lady she for gents :rotfl:

and another bihar guy use to tell me all the IAS/IPS officers are from bihar, another common trait of bihari is pan in mouth (orissia people included),and wrost part i hated about this up guy he starts every sentence with maaki*** and ends with it he says it fashion like that to speak in delhi

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

lolz i will be shifting to hyderbad soon.

can't wait to have barwachi briyani :D

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

dilli wala generally will start with pencho, Western UP till agra is different from central UP, eastern UP and Bihar, This region gives IAS/IPS like Telugus give IITians:D, Leave english they don’t even speak Hindi properly but it doesn’t suit punjabi to complain either about their accent or language:D

And special Irani chai and Osmania biscuit:k:

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

we are getting high speed train from delhi to jaipur and ajmer. with the speed of 250-350 km/hr we will be able to go to delhi in an hour and back before lunch :)
when that happens, gurgaon, nodia, faridabad etc can kiss their luck good bye.

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

this is the word exactly he uses if u know what i mean…

food wise hyderabad rocks, but their breakfast sucks though

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

BTW can anyone talk about pahar ganj. it is famous place for foreign backpackers and capitol of delhi ganja, marijuana consumption.

every time a foreigner comes to india they know where they gonna stay in delhi ;) . seems like pahar gunj wale have a solid network

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

Why? Do they serve Bhagaray Baingan with Puris in breakfast?

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

Pahad Ganj is also famous in Urdu literature.. Many writers refer to it, while writing about partition... What about 'Balli Maran' - Ghalib's area?

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

In hyderabad they serve Aloo ki sabzi with puri...that is called puri bhaji....

@kaka I heard about paharganj that there are lot of hotels at cheap rates.............:D

Kaka which place do you suggest as a safe place for accomodation in mumbai...........:)

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

^^ even at railway stations they serve you puri bhaji. 5 puris and bhaji for 10 rs. not very familiar with mumbai , but i guess any place u can afford is safe in mumbai. if you have a lot of money then u can live in hiranandani.

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

Even hyderabadi dilect is at par with delhi in obscenities plus Kannada of Bidar-Gulbarga is also very rough:), mid feb to mid june is horrible in hyderabad with respect to temperature:)

And cheap rooms for staying and GB Road in the vicinity:D

Entire Chandni Chowk and Chawari Bazar is too populated, Ghalib would have run away from there now:D

ninja hattori, jyada pahadganj ke baare me mat socho, bigad jaoge:D

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

hiranandini :hmmm: quite familiar… Is it similar like a place starting with Hira in Lahore

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

no no :omg::rotfl:

Re: Dil walon ki Dilli

Yes.. Ghalib might be compelled to read his hostile competitor Zauq's this shair, if he watched Delhi in that state:

ab to ghabaraa ke ye kahate hai.n ke mar jaaye.nge
mar ke bhii chain na paayaa to kidhar jaaye.nge
