Re: Difference between Kohli and Afridi
So when did I lost my right to point anything out? And how do you know I don’t know him personally?
OP criticized Kohli for not being a role model and presented Afridi as one which I consider totally unfair. They both are sporting heroes for their respective nations but on personal front, Afridi falls even shorter than Kohli in my eyes. Kohli needs to do things beyond making ridiculous faces at opponents and using expletives at reaching milestones to get where Afridi is standing as a person. Things like scuffing pitches, biting balls, abusing team-mates, bashing seniors, beating fans.. things like that.
Still, what an innings against Bangladesh. When it comes to changing the course of a match in no time, no one, not even Kohli reaches Afridi’s prowesses. As that great late commentator Tony Greig used to put it.. “WADDDDAAA PLAYAAA!!”
