how are all of u and ur wedding preps. Ive noticed that one really important wedding prep that most brides do is trying to loose weight. over all im satisfied with myself but it would look nice to loose a little weight so see some changes.
I have started eating very little, i walk a couple miles a week and dont drink coke or soft drinks at all!!
i was wondering if any of u have some remedies that really work.
i have also tried the “apple cider vinegar diet” how people drink vinegar and loose weight but first thts just gross and it made me throw up cause it taste so bad.
if any of u have remedies that work PLEASEEEE post =)

do some exercise work out aswell...
drink lots of water (atleast 8 glasses a day)

well i am exercising but it doesnt HELPPP
I have started eating very little
instead of this eat more vegetables, they are very low calorie and will fill you up.

yes eating vegetables help:D. i ate it for like a month and my belly got flat, that wasnt b4 even without exercising

i did chicken diet bfore my wedding n it really helped me..i quit eating aythin except grilled,boiled,smoked chiken n i used to drink 1 litre water per day..but i ws not fat i ws only 4kgs over weight so i lost it in a week or couple of weeks.

Use the basic food pyramid as your guide so you have enough veggies, proteins etc in your diet. Try getting in daily products; something that most ppl relate to fat when it actually helps in fat loss. Include oatmeal in your diet, eliminate fried/fatty foods, have salads with vinegrette (olive oil, herbs, vinegar etc).
When did u start walking?? Because the effect of walking or any other exercise takes a while to "show"--probably a month or two. Just keep on exercising and eating healthy:) You might want to try basic yogas poses or asanas to tone your body. If exercise via walking is dull--try dancing with your favorite songs---great workout:)
Dont try crazy remedies like the apple cider thingy----its useless and disgusting. For LONG TERM weight loss and maintenance you need to alter your lifestyle.
