What should be a good diet for someone who’s working out? Like proportion of protien etc in your diet.

Believe it or not, My height increased by one inch cuz of working out in gym.
There is exercise called chin-ups It helps a lot

You just hang on that rod with both hands at wider distance and lift yourself till your chin touches that rod. just ask someone at the gym, where that rod is placed.
It is guite hard in the begining but later you will get used to.

For increasing hieght you just need to hang from poll or rod. Like in gymnastics. Do it regularly for fair amount of time if you are lucky your hieght may increase

my bro did that... he added a lot more protien to his diet... he ate bananas (maybe 2 a day) and if he couldnt have those.. he'd make a milkshake and put eggs in it.. that helped a lot with muscle growth (i think neways)
if ur trying to lose weight.. then i guess thats not the way to go..
Sadzz, my brother also went on that and started drinking all these protein milkshake type drinks (with whey?), but found that his whole frame changed in a matter of months. Rather than increasing muscle/toning up he just looked like a steroid induced mess. You can seriously tell the difference between some1 who's worked hard at the gym and some1 who's relied on these drinks/the occasional gym visit.
My brother gave up on these drinks and started eating high protein foods (like egg whites, seeds, bananas etc) and looks much better for it.

bananas hunh...i just bought 2 dozen of em...
Waisay i'm still feeling the effects of that workout...my body is still sore...the day after it hurt even to type :-/ ...but that was the first day so its gonna get better :)
