Diet

Yes. But you cant add the foot and half that you want. :stuck_out_tongue:

Sadi Sobi... i think if u combine the protein drinks (the home made ones) with a balanced exercise program, it works out well. The bad thing bout it is that if u stop the exercise, u end up looking fat and ur muscles all go flat as well..my bro lost a lot of weight when he went to pak, but he's back on the same plan and is working arrite i think..

hey lussi :) yeah lots of bananas..

the feeling sore bit is kewl.. my legs are all tight today (i was on a role yesterday with the incline hehe)

well like u said Lussi

white meat (chicken and fish) is best.
Yoghurts
everything else u eat with sugar, eat the 'light' version of it
and try to hold back on salt and pepers.
some peeple I know stopped completely with salt and peppers and masala s just to increase mass. And he s a desi aswell :D

hi

sorry can't help cause i don't diet. except the time when i'm fasting during Ramadan. lolz thats when i have to. lolz

Hey lussi,
Well if u are trying to put on muscle I think everyone's covered everything here with the diet. But if tht isn't enough u could get protein shakes.Personally I've never used them, cause I put on muscle easily(and lose it as easily).
And take my word on this, never over weight train! it does u know good. Take a days break in between minimum.
I dunno if anybody has used fat burners here? Is it advisable?

wat are fat burners?

pra, hain?? ive heard that for the first time. What do salt and pepper gotta do with muscle growth?

TNC, ooh man i take a lot of rest between workouts. Like before starting yesterday the last time I worked out was like 6 months ago. Though i'm aspiring to be like DM, benching like thousands of pounds.
