This months Reader’s Digest has an article on some great love letters.
This made me thinking how many guppies would like to share their love notes.
Is writing love letter still in ? In this day of electronic media , cell phone , internet do people still write old fashioned love letters ?
Re: Did you ever write or recieve the love letter ?
Dont know abt luv letter but got this note from this dumb ass guy who really god knows how thought i wud really tolerate his ***.................and all that happen @ my teacher's home where i use 2 go for tution *rolleyes. Gosh! some people really have the guts bt for no good reason, wish they cud use it for better reasons. Oh well i hope he learnt his lesson but i am not too sure abt it :D.
Re: Did you ever write or recieve the love letter ?
Electronic correspondence has many advantages and makes it so much easier to communicate with people. However, nothing beats good old fashioned letters. I love buying pretty note paper and envelopes and sometimes writing those same feelings on paper have such a profound effect. Not to mention, it adds a humane dimension.
Oh and yes I have wrote/write letters to loved ones.
Re: Did you ever write or recieve the love letter ?
most I heard was
"you have issues"
OMG kiya yaad dila diya… yeah I got a really dumb love note (in Urdu) from this jerk when I used to go for computer classes when I was a teenager… God, it was AWFUL. He even spelled out my name in English… with an adjective in front of each letter… you know, S for Sweet, etc…
.
I was like Someone kill me, kill me NOW (Imagine the way Chandler says it :D)
Re: Did you ever write or recieve the love letter ?
I did once, this dude sent me a love letter in A lvls in my psychology class on valentines day. It was weird lol he made a paper aeroplane and threw it back at me when the teacher was not looking:cb:
I am confused.
Why is a guy writing an innocent little love letter to a girl a dumbass or pervert ?
That gives me an idea for another great thread. ![]()
Re: Did you ever write or recieve the love letter ?
ummm… in my case he was a lecher, who used to follow me home everyday with his car full of other jerks like him and gave me those yucky sappy looks and I didn’t like the way he acted, it was cheap (no class) ![]()

Re: Did you ever write or recieve the love letter ?
If anyone of you is a graduate from Karachi University and remember that "flower service" we used to have on different occasions (functions), will that be counted as "love letter" ?
Re: Did you ever write or recieve the love letter ?

Re: Did you ever write or recieve the love letter ?
I never got a love letter in my life
… all my friends did :hinna:
The only love letter I ever wrote was to Waqar younis
.. I was a teen then and he was a rocking superstar of the cricket world .. I loved him to bits and wanted to get married to him
… my letter got caught even before it got posted :hinna: … our hostel warden caught it in a random check … tore it and threw it in a bin :hinna:

you bet.
Girls had this wonderful idea to earn money. They run these flower stalls/carts during the functions. Guys used to buy flower and card from them and they deliver it for free to the girl of your choice with the message. But problem is they had lot of bait around their stall for us guys. Their own pretty friends who used to stock back the flowers to their stalls.
oh and btw did I tell that normally those stalls operators were so pretty that we used to buy the flowers and say "yee aap hee rakh leen" ;)
