Some people (Deobandi and Ahlehadith) say Yazeed was not responsible for Hazrat Hussain Death whereas Some (Shia and Brelvi) belive that he was responsible.

No he did not kill Hazrat Imam Hussain(RA) still the responsibility lies on him because he was Head of the Islamic State and 72 people were myrtyred in his state so he will be questioned on the day of judgment.

It was Yazeed who gave orders, and Shimr who wholly and proudly was responsible for beheading Imam Hussain (AS) while he was still ALIVE, in essence, martyring him. Then Umar ibn Sa'ad called volunteering horsemen to trample Imam Hussain's (AS) body.

Thank you bhai. But of course, for (partially) avenging the death of Imam Hussain (as), the people had to wait a year until Mukhtar al-Thaqafi (ra) was released by the minions of Yazid.
Ibn Kathir says in Al-Bidayah, Volume 8, page 222,
‘Muslim was ordered to ransack Medina for three days. Yazeed committed a major sin. Sahaba and their children were slaughtered openly; other heinous acts were also perpetuated. We have already mentioned that he had Ibn Ziyad kill the grandson of Rasulullah (s) Hussain (as) and his companions. In those three days in Madina, it is difficult to mention the type of acts that were carried out. By doing this act Yazeed wanted to secure his governance, in the same way Allah (swt) broke the neck of every Pharoah, the true King (swt) also broke the neck of Yazeed.’

There is another theory in this regard that People of Koofa killed Hazrat Hussain. It is also stated in some history books that Yazid Never ordered to kill Hazrat Hussain however he ordered the governor of Koofa to overcome the situation over there.

Why do you read only one sided history. There is another theory that Yazid never gave any orders to kill Hazrat Hussain then how can you say he gave orders ? Nobody has solid proof whether he gave orders or not hence we can not claim that Yazid was responsible.

What about the shahadat of Hazrat Usman and Umar then this question arises why didn't hazrat Ali punished those who killed Hazrat Umar or Usman (R.A) Why only Yazid ?

Why responsibility on his shoulders ? Did he know the intentions of the people who were going to kill Hazrat Hussain ?

As far as I know Yazid may not have directly killed Imam Hussain but his orders were tantamount to Murder.
Furthermore if Yazid was so innocent as revisionists point out, then pray why did he not deal with the Murderers?
Finally if any further evidence were required of his great crime consider the fact that his armies subsequently bombarded both Makah and Medina.
Modern science can testify to Yazids cruelty for there are still marks on the Kabah and many other surviving buildings which show that Naptha bombs (a primitive form of Napalm) were indeed used in the siege of both holy cities by the Ummayads.
Furthermore several rebbelions broke out in the aftermath of Karbala and Yazid as it says in the annals of Umayad history (albeit that which has survived to the present) that Yazid "relished" the slaughter of all who opposed him and believed he was "infallible" though I'm sure come Judgement day he will come to learn the truth and pay for his evils... as must we all.

I want to make a correction on behalf of Deobandi maslak. I follow that maslak and I never heard any deobandi aalim saying that Yazeed was not responsible for the death of Hazrat Hussain (R.A). These kind of rumors are spread to widen the gap between Muslims.
