1 litre bottle of water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
1 teaspoon fennel seeds.
**How to make it:
**You heat the water and let it cool till it’s slightly warm. You put the rest of your ingredients in a pitcher and pour the warm water over it and let it ‘sit’ for an hour. You strain, chill and have anywhere from 1 litre to 2 litres per day for 6 days.
You are encouraged to eat mostly raw veggie's and fruits BUT you can eat anything you like. It's supposed to make your skin look better. Lots of girls tried the previous detox diet and did see a change in their complexion. So i'm trying this from Saturday Inshallah!
