Day 1 for me, made it early morning and brought it with me to work. The taste isn't too bad, i'd prefer it to regular water!

i started taking it on saturday…and i got pain in my stomach..i have discontinued

Dafodil, have as much as you can...you dont need to have the entire litre at one time. Have 1/2 glass from time to time

oh no how i can take 1 litre at a time....i used it just like i drink water daily..i thnk ginger and saunf didt suit my stomach

Ginger and fennel seeds are both supposed to be good for u're stomach! Shanum, Inshallah... do post reviews and daily updates!

i gave up after 3 days, i’m used to drinking a lot of water but that just made me pee 500 times a day
