True, it is best to stay in your own home if you have one back home, or with direct relatives (chachu/mamoo/khala etc.) However I know in my family it is expected that you visit distant relatives in other cities besides your home town, so you end up staying with distant cousins etc. I guess if you really don’t like being there, then one just shouldn’t go. Save yourself & others trouble by staying where a person prefers…
