Desis/Sex/Contraception

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

It’s the british slang for it, I believe. The IUDs in the UK were coil shaped, at least at the time I had sex-ed classes.

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

How would you get the coil out...?

Seems troublesome.

Why bother. Babies are cute. Condoms are cheap.

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

Did someone say baby?

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

It’s put in and out by a gyno.

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

the girls I was talking to today said they’d never use the coil.

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

they stil have affects within the body…chemically…hence would cause side effects like all other drugs/pills etc.

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

we need more guys like you.

ps. u r married right? :halo:

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

yes babies are cute and everyone wants them.

but some people want to wait for a while so they get to spend some time with their spouse alone…or maybe have a break within kids…or after u have decided uve had enough kids.

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

It seems the least risky thing, in regards to hormones n chemicals messing up your body, is to either use condoms or just not have sex. And the latter is not an option!

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

Ofcourse I am married and I belong to a rural area; paindoo in ur dictionary

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

I don't see what the problem with condoms is, was my point.

Condoms are easy to put on, they're pretty effective, and they don't have side effects. Normal Pills do have side effects, but it depends on the female. I personally dunno if I'd like to take the chance.

Nevertheless, I don't know why desi guys would have problems with a condom. A guy who refuses to wear one is pretty selfish, IMHO, and doesn't deserve sex to begin with.

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

Hmmm.. so how about the cervical cap?

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

sorry for using that word…I shouldnt generalise

by paindoo I mean some1 uneducated and the typical sexist type guys u see in the villages.

ps. I assume its easy to get hold of condoms in pak then ? is it only from pharmacies ? where do most ppl get contraceptives from ? its probably a taboo thing in pak right?

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

Maddie: Its quite scary that you remember all these female gadgets from sex ed class since its been some years since you sat in one. :hoonh:

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

Condoms interfere with spontaneity, and apparently they change the physical feel of things. Of course, what with me being a virgin and all I have no idea of how true that is, but inshallah one day I’ll get to find out

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

It’s been bout 7 years I guess. My rule at school was if I ever thought I’d need to apply a bit of knowledge later in life, I would never forget it. Useless stuff like maths and geography I’d forget as soon as I could :smooth:

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

.

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

Well okay, a guy who wants to save his spontaneity might think twice, because an unexpected baby is pretty spontaneous.

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

I didnt know much about contraceptives until last week when I had to read about it for my training  thats when I learnt most of the facts.

as for the preferences etc…Im learning about that now

Re: Desis/Sex/Contraception

he can save his spontaneity until when him and his wife are ready to have kids. they can have their spontaneity after that right ?
