Erm..no. 
It’s Mezh-gone (as in "gone home"). The -zh sound is a soft g sound like the g in the word protégé. It isn’t a z sound like in zebra. In Dari, the -zh sound is made by one letter, rather than two like in English.
I don’t really mind though. Asians tend to mispronounce it as the zh- sound isn’t common in Urdu (see @KKF and @Ess Emm’s explanation above).
