mashaAllah, I'm so so glad to hear that! It sounds exactly like my experience, I booked an appointment with him but figured I would end up going with SS or Umer Sayeed. I canceled all the bridal appointments I had made after seeing him, and I still went to see a Karma mehndi outfit I liked, but when I saw it in person, it was hideous and they didnt have even a fourth of the customer service that Dr. Haroon did. He really is mashaAllah a phenomenal designer and an even better person. sourskittle, if your experience is anything like mine, trust me, your outfit will turn out 100 times better than you even dreamed or expected :)

Its so nice to hear positive stories! I think he's the first designer I'm yet to hear a bad word against! And the price sound sso very reasonable considering the way youve described the dress, i hope it turns out beautiful inshallah! Would loe to see pictures after the wedding :p good luck with plannning everything else!

I'm certainly going to book an appointment with him for my nikaah outfit, althought some of the colour combination I've seen look odd!

hi desigirl, you can tell him what colors you like, i think the odd combinations are the brides personal taste more than anything!

yeah he does!! that's what i loved about him in the first place, he's very good about communicating, which was great since I was out of the country. he always sticks to his word.

Okay, sorry to bump an old thread but that pale turqouise color w/ the silver is TO DIE FOR! I've always wanted that color for a valima.

^oops nevermind! found it, you're right its gorgeous...i also like the pink and silver. I think with sea green, this type of kaam would look gorgeous.
