Guys, since when did Dr. Haroon start charging 5 lakhs as minimum for his bridal dresses???
I contacted Dr. Haroon trough email and told him that I live outside PK and wont be able to visit him personally + my budget is between 3,5 - 4 lakh (maksimum)
His reply was that he starts from 5 lakhs......
I'm totally confused now.
Re: Designer Dr Haroon - Contact info, Reviews, Pics
hey thats right. i also met him a few weeks back and he said the same - he now starts from 5 lakhs for a bridal. he showed me a bridal that was ready to be delivered, i asked him for the price and he said its 5 lakhs with dhakha pajamas. however it was quite a heavily worked shirt. yupp, its getting really expensive these days....

Does someone know what a Dhaka pujama is? Is that a lehnga without any kaam on it? Or has it something to do with the length?
Re: Designer Dr Haroon - Contact info, Reviews, Pics
A Dhaka pajama is a pair of straight, super wide leg pants, not like a lehenga which is basically a long skirt.
A gharara also has two legs but it has the gote at the knee on each leg, and more gheyr. The gote goes all the way around the leg.
A farshi gharara is the same as a regular gharara but made with considerably more fabric so it sweeps the farsh behind you, and the gote on a farshi is at mid-calf length instead of at the knee.
