Gigabyte, can you please tell us what fabric Dr. Haroon used for the bride's outfit and the kamdani outfits? How does all the kaam (embroidery) hold up? Any pulled threads and and snagging? How do the outfits fair condition wise after being worn once?
These questions I have always wondered about in terms of the price of designers such as Dr. Haroon and Bunto Kazmi!

Honestly not sure about kappra, will double check with mom. But everything held up perfectly mashallah. Not a snag, nor did it stuck to anything !!
the kamdani outfits after 2 hours of dancing are in perfect new condition. And my daughter is wearing her teal one again this weekend at another wedding.
The Sania maskatiya outfits and rizwan Beyg also perfect
My sister danced in her mehndi Sania outfit without any any issues
I will say this , we spent good money last year at Mirage for 99 percent of our outfits during my brothers wedding. And two ripped during the mehendi at the armpits from kaam tugging on sleeves. Mashallah designers know what they are doing.

ooh... i was expecting it to be around 6-7 considering the very heavy kaam....as 5 is his average quote!!

5 lak is still high, but for the amount of work and designer label, it seems to be a good deal. i hope his prices don't increase by the time i get married!

Hi ladies!! I just wanted to come back on to this thread and post about my experience with Dr Haroon. MashAllah he did an amazing job with my outfit. I had gone to see him back in May 2012 to place my bridal outfit order. When I placed the order I was confident in his work - he made me a little sketch of what he was going to be doing, took my measurements and that was it. I came back to the US and just sat back while he made my outfit.
My shaadi was the first week of October and he assured me it would be done Sept 26th. When I placed my order I thought we would have some family coming from Pakistan that would be able to bring my dress but their plans fell through and it had to come through the mail. I was super duper nervous because it didnt come in until 4 days before my wedding. But mA mA it was perfect!!! the fitting, kaam, colors..everything was beautiful, more than i had imagined.
Throughout the process (especially when I got stressed because the outfit was going to be coming through the mail) Dr Haroon was responsive, polite, and reasurring. I would definitely recommend his bridal wear. His designer tag is pricey but for someone that was not in Pakistan to oversee the whole process, it was so worth it.
