I think it's a still very much a taboo for young perfectly fertile couple to adopt instead having their own biological child.
yes fertile couples don't adopt. Its need that made them adopt children in case of fertility issues.

Our Pakistani culture is not like... larki larka azadi say aik dosry kay sath hathon main hath dal kar shadi say pehly milina....
Tea trolley is bhahana to see each other.... What else should they do?

If tea trolley is kept for this purpose only (they could see each other)... but in reality tea trollies practice robs confidence of many girls, after they are rejected again and again.

Yeah I didn't get the either. Some of the mentioned 'taboos' sound more like certain family rules and preferences than societal norms.

both...they both work closely with male patients who have all sorts of diseases, involving unmentionable human body parts. it's the nature of work that is a taboo.

To be honest with you... Patient does not care who is going to care him/her and what is the gender of Doctor?

lols this reminds me a scene from Madam Sangeeta’s movie ‘Nikah’, when Nirma tells her parents that she and her lover Ahsan Khan are doctors , so they got control over feelings and they don’t need to worry if they meet in seclusion.
