Thanks for reminding me about the breakfast, hadn't even thought of that. Actually, that besan omlette thing that I mentioned earlier was a breakfast dish that I'd seen, but if diabetics can have eggs then I can make them a normal egg omlette right?

HMM......use good quality whole wheat flour (aata) and a healthy oil. Perhaps olive oil? That's what I can think of.
