When i was younger i used to get really wound up abt this sort of twisted thinking but now i am older and more chilled out ive learnt that u have to just leave ppl to it. U cant change ppl's thinking-its how they r-whether its to do with upbringing or whateva influences they have in their life, whateva! If ppl wanna think like that-let them-who cares! U know what sort of person u r and thats all that counts. Life is way too short to worry abt twits with that sort of thinking. :D
hey sara, what kind of people do you associate yourself with. every desi that i know would consider it to be good for a girl to be westernized and have some cultural and religious values as well. i think you're just mad cause someone called you a slut or something and by the way if you ask me i think you're a hypocrite.
Cud sum1 plz explain the difference between a desi, FOB and an ABCD…I see no differnece between the three, I mean aren’t they all basically the same? The only thing that puts them apart is the amount of time they have spent in a western environment/society. One can claim to be the ‘so-called’ westernized(and I seriously don’t see a big deal here) individual as much as they want, but in the end they are STILL Pakistanis, and they can’t run away from they true identity. This just shows how much of hypocrites we(Pakistanis in this case) really are! On one end we are cuursing and blaming the western culture, and on the other hand we love to embrace it aswell…puleeez!
Ppl in Pakistan make it such a big deal if sum1 was born, raised or just stayed in a western country lol thats pathetic!
