Pathuray (th spelled as in thumaka)…a speciality of Gawal Mandi. They’re like puris only thicker substance.

Oh I love love love Chana Bhaturas - and bhaturas are totally different than puris (taste wise at least). I won’t eat puris, but bhaturas I can eat any day, everyday.
