Re: Desi Chinese

LOL thanks much KB :)

its been a year njgal, type up out already :)

So start with your recipe for jiaozi filling. Do you make your own jiaozipi or do you use storebought?

Also any special way to close jiaozipi? I can close mine only by right hand, the left hand part does not wotk well.

Does anyone know the name of the chinese dish in which they make pakora like thing - chicken, pepper and other veg and then they put in a liquid sauce of corn flour.

My god. The guy’s a poet :hayaa:

Re: Desi Chinese

Oh yes I made these really nice noodles once..

forgive me as I may be off with the precise recipe instructions as this is off the top of my head:

-onions
-tomatoes chopped
-garlic and ginger
-capsicums - green and red
-chilli (green)
-sweetcorn
-paneer

Basically just make the masala as you normally would - fry onions etc.. add the vegetables and some soy sauce... in goes the paneer and noodles.. thats it!

:hayaa: KyuN? :konfused:
