Why don’t they make many of them. 99 percent of Pakistani urban population is probably experiencing depression anyway - you’d think our music would be oozing of negativity.

I came across a nice number by Atif - not an official recording - Teri Yaadan - he sounds miserable in it. Perfect stuff.

no no - that stuff is sad in the sense of "oh i lost my love - o i miss her" crap.
I'm talking about real misery. Like "I-hate-people-in-general; people suck; people should all be shot dead" kinda music.

actually, i want the “i hate men” songs, but Pakistanis dont make those - our female singers can’t stop talking about how they LOOOOOOOOOVVEEEEE their sweethearts.
I should take the initiative and make my own depressing i-hate-men-men-are-garbage music.
I think it will sell well. What say you?

BTW: I know some folks in Pak have a specific affinity towards these ghumgheen, depressing songs. I could never figure out how they could do that. Some albums are out there with these sad gaanas with bits of tragic shair-o-shairee thrown in between the gaanas as fillers

I actually liked Tera Naam liya tau. If only it had a better video!
PCG is just bitter because no guy would give her the time of the day. She probably got rejected by hundreds of guys.
