I flew Delta for the first time last month and after reaching home, I realized there was stuff missing from the front pocket of my suitcase! Nothing valuable but makeup, two shirts and a couple of other things. I have been calling them since then but they keep saying there’s nothing they can do. I mean what the heck?? Today I spoke with a manager and she refused to give me her name or even help me with anything!
Anyone had similar experience, please advice me what to do

Err, I dont know what this has to do with life and relationships... Also, I hope you realize that its not necessarily the airliner's fault, its the airport crew.
For future reference:
Always keep the contents of your suitcase locked. Use a TSA lock.

Ok.....my parents recently went to Pak and from Tampa to JFK, they had delta, some of their stuff was missing aswell. We thought it was the custom people at JFK but maybe it is Delta people....

when my husband flew back to canada last year, he flew delta, he had put a few gifts (churiyan and these plates that had Qurani ayats written on eM) in his carry on (obviously he didnt know that he wudnt be allowed to take that on board even tho it was a carryon). also, the airline crew started going through his stuff and re-packed it, so all the “fragile” things were put all the way at the bottom, so…nothing stood a chance

MY STUFF WASNT MISSING BUT LIKE I BOUT NEW LIP GLOSS N MASCARA N DEY WERE IN ZIPLOC ....UNFORTUNATLY WHILE THEY WERE CHECKING IT SOMEHOW IT RIPPED ...NOT EVEN MY FAULT N DEY THREW IT IN DA GARBAGE REFUSING TO GIVE ME A ZIPLOC

^^ Lol that they have to do because of security and honestly don't blame delta for that, if you were flying from AA or united or anyother airline, the security people would have thrown it no matter what flight you take or whatever country you are off to....

Does your lipgloss rip/breaks/opens everytime you fly? They have to throw if the liquid is coming out, no matter it is a lip gloss, lotion, medicine, or whatever.

ive never had to go farther than Florida or toronto, and that too a year ago so haven't really dealt with all the new silly rules and cutbacks on flights these days. oo o i remember we were going to florida i think on delta or continental (or is the same???) and they wud charge us for peanuts. Jet blue gave us stuff for free :@:

southwest is awesome, i have to say! i am a big american airlines loyalist, i did not fly anything except AA until i got married and since my husband was flying back to miami with SW, he booked it for me as well. they are sooo good, no flight change fees, no baggage fees! then last month, due to the flight being sold out, STUPID delta was my only option. their flight was actually nice with tv's and all but i can't believe they stole stuff out of the suitcase.

it wasnt my lipgloss or something dat leaked IT WAS DA ZIPLOC WAS RIPPED!

like Lusi said, its not the airline, its the security staff thats involved at that poiint ...if you had flown from another airline, you could have had the same security check staff...
ohhh fine....it was da security staff...prolly wudnt have happened if i had a diff gate number
