What is the difference. How do you define "discipline". As i see it we are both the same people. Watching the same movies, eating the same food, talkiing about the same crap and we look the same. So bigots should stop throwing mud at each other to make the other side look different. We are essentially the same. We have only been seperated for 50 years and for a culture change that is nothing. Therefore, we are the same.

let me give you some first hand knowledge. Because i live here.
This is a not a big problem is urban pakistan but uban india is overwhemled by this.
You will see people people taking a leak against a wall in the cities in pakistan, It would be a rare sight. But it does not mean that sanitation situation is better in pakistan. The reasons are following :
Large number of People use toilet in masjids, those who go 5 times a day use them regularly and those who dont go they too use them everyday. So although they are croweded but people prefer going there because there is a masjid in every locality, and toilets there are operational.
People mostly take care of paaki /napaki (cleanliness ) of cloths and body, as it is required in Islam. So they always try to find a toilet no matter how poorly functional it is.
After that a very small minority is left who are either careless about their cloths or are desparete and they take a leak against a wall.
But in india situation is different, as described in the article.
The point is i fail to see the point of this thread. Both nations have their faults. Some are unique to Pakistan the others are unique to India. It would make sense if we discussed this maturely. Your thread and the title of the thread was aimed at provoking indians or belittling our indian brothers.
I think its about time we stop critizing each other and start helping each other. Have you seen europe, how they have progressed. Unity is the only way and it starts from grass roots. I remember a few years back when i had joined GS the topics were meant to raise awareness. We had proper discussions about topics that mattered. I want to see a change in GS. No more mud slinging. Lets be sensitive and learn from each other. We need to work together. When the people start working the governments will follow
