You living in a cave lady? China has a one-child policy; they knew they wouldn’t get anywhere with their exploding population so they stepped right up did what was best for them, didn’t get bogged down in stupid religious/cultural arguments.
And India seems to have a pretty extreme poverty for a superpower.
