Degree Or Not..................

Re: Degree Or Not…

The London flat has a yield of 9.5% annual of property value, Leeds was around 7.5% but I sold it. There are few others and yield is around 6-8%. It tends to be higher on apartments than houses

Re: Degree Or Not…

Good for you, I actually love my job. All I do is talk to people, I am very friendly and find people interesting. In this business you get to know people very intimately and I really enjoy that. My assistants do all the paperwork. I just got my wife into the same profession and she is working non stop and I asked her to not work so hard but she says she enjoys it. maybe I will put safy in it also.

Re: Degree Or Not…

Wow that is a gold mine, is 9 percent based on current market value? because that is too high for London. I thought it would be around 3 to 4 percent on current market prices.

Re: Degree Or Not…

Real estate is addictive and eventually becomes a lifestyle thing. You cannot do well in this field if you were arid or unfriendly/ I think its just about the priorities that you set. For someone who probably who will probably stay single his life, my priorities are a lil different

Re: Degree Or Not…

Lol no nobody can afford this % on its current market value! 9.5% figure is based on purchase value. The property is worth way more

Re: Degree Or Not…

TBH the London flat was bought for me by my Dad when I went to Queen Marry for studies. He transferred it to me when I graduated. But I feel bad as my younger brother was never bought a property by my dad/

Re: Degree Or Not…

You are stagnating your money you should borrow 75 percent against it and buy a couple of properties in US at 6 to 8 percent cap rate. You need to keep money working for you.
