If your degree is already attested by HEC, MOFA of Pakistan than there is no need for re-attestation. Just attest it from Pakistan Embassy/Consulate and from Saudi Embassy/Embassy within the UAE. If required you may attest it or obtain equivalence certificate/degree from Ministry of Educatin of UAE.

As long as ur visa i.e. residence permit of UAE is valid you can stay :)

Apparently no one is aware of this rule. Can you send me a link to confirm that 1. my UAE visa can remain vaild and saudia can issue their visa on top of that? I can attest my degree from Pak Embassy and Saudi embassy in UAE? What about the medical, can that be acceptable from UAE too?
I need some kind of proof to show it to my employer in Saudia, who wants me to travel to pakistan. Can you assist.

Dear i bought Saudi arebia azad vissa (family status). After arriving i will hunt the job. I need help regarding document attestation.
As my information documents should be attested from following departments is sequence.
1-HEC (Done)
2- Foregone affairs (Pending) then
3- Embassy

The document should be following:
1- Nikah nama (Urdu + Arabic)
2- B form (all children)
3- Matric Degree
4- FSC Degree
5- BSCS Degree

Am i right or wrong because some one told me that you don't need to attest the Matric and FSC degrees and you also need to attest your all documents from cultural office then Embassy.
So please tell me the attestation procedure and which documents should be attest.

You need to attest Matric certificate and all degrees from HEC, Foreign Affairs, Saudi Cultural Office than from the Embassy.

For Nikkah Nama, B-Form a.k.a. Computerized Registration Certificate (CRC) only required to be attested from Foreign Office in Pakistan than Pakistan Embaasy/Consulate within Saudi Arabia.

Lastly don't forget to attest your own birth certificate same from Foreign Office in Pakistan than Pakistan embassy/consulate abroad. :)

Thanks dear for useful information.
I have attested all my documents from foreign affairs except my B-form.
HEC only attested my BSCS degree not Matric and FSC degree, Yes they collect all my degrees but attest only my BSCS degree.
I contact with 2 agents related degree attestation(Because Saudi embassy did not receive directly from you), both are saying that you need to provide following three letters:
1- Request letter to Saudi Embassy for degree attestation
2- Request letter to Cultural Office for degree attestation
3- contract letter between you and company/ Job letter.

after that we will charge rs:1050 for each document.

I don't have these documents. Please tell me the proedure and contact number of selected Saudi embassy agent.

Once you get a letter (demand or job letter) from a company in Saudi Arabia, they'll request in that letter to get attested the degree from Saudi embasy or from its cultural office. Otherwise i don't think that saudi embassy or cultural office will going to attest any document. I don't live in Pakistan, therefore i can't provide any contact number of any agent. Try finding it by urself :)

Currently I am in KSA , i came here on VISIT visa ,but now i have got a job offer. I want my degree to be attested. I have got a BSC degree of Uk , attested from British council and MOFA Pakistan.
What steps i need to follow next in KSA. Please answer me.

Thanks for you quick reply but it has not been attested by any Saudi authorities (saudi foriegn office/embassy and saudi cultural attache) . Its just attested from british council Lahore and Ministry of foreign affairs in Pakistan. Now i need to go back to Pakistan to apply for work visa...

Either u attest it from Embassy/Consulate within KSA and then apply for job if local authorities accept it. Otherwise as per requirement of KSA, it must be attested by cultural office of KSA in Pakistan and they'll attest it only when u provide them demand letter of work visa within KSA.

Assalamualikum friends... i want to ask you for some guidance. i am a Doctor from Karachi and i have an job offer from Ministry of Defence hospital in Jeddah since July 2012. they have an appointed agent in Lahore, who has got all my documents attested except from Cultural Attache. My agent says that the Saudi Cultural office have appointed a new cultural attache, who is asking for the actual job offer letter and the letter from the ministry. he says that earlier all this was done on Fax and Email. he also says that the Ministry and the hospital both are reluctant in sending the original letter for some unknown reason. Its been more then 6 months that my documents are placed at my agend and he is continuously writing it to the ministry and the cultural office for procedure to complete. Kindly help me through all of it. Im married and have a family to move.

I came to know that due to some security reason, this procedure was adopted. In that case you may contact directly by yourself to Defence hospital in Jeddah or visit Saudi Embassy/consulate within Pakistan or contact the Foreign Ministry of KSA by submitting your application/quire online.

Wish u all be best and secure future. You may contact OPF (Overseas Pakistani Foundation) in case if they keep/have any record/detail of/for oversease Pakistanis (employement) or contact Pakistan Embassy/consulate for further detail/help.

Forget what that embassy’s person saying. If he/she really wants to help you than there are many many ways they can help by using bilateral powers.

Oky u told that they don’t accept the authority letter. Is your authority letter is dully attested (stamped and sealed) from Pakistan embassy/consulate within KSA? and did u wrote the ID numbers of those person who is follow up it? Is it also attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of KSA? Lastly have u sent original Authority letter printed on original local stamp paper? If ‘Yes’ than there should be no chance for its rejection.

Another thing which you can do is to ask education department at Pak embassy/consulate if they dispatch and receive your original degree or it copy (it will cost you Rs 500 to 800 or equal in Saudi Riyals paid in Pak embassy/consulate) to/from Pakistan (all expensive shall be done by degree holder) than try this way

or

get the sponsor’s letter and attest in from Chamber of Commerce, than MOFA of KSA than Pak embassy/consulate and send it with original Authority letter to Pak

or

or let anyone from your relatives/friends to contact a trustworthy authorized agent in Pakistan who can help you in this matter

or

ask ‘NOC’ or ‘authentication certificate’ from your Pak embassy/consulate stating that this or that degree is 100% genuine/verified. If this certificates works than good for you.

All I can do it to guide/suggest you and there might be chances that my info could be wrong.

I need my diploma (3 years) to be attested from “Saudi Cultural Bureau, Islamabad” and I’ve already got letter from company which is already attested from Saudi Chamber and MOFA.

I have no idea. Why don't u ask your family member/relatives, living in Pakistan to get attest your documents on your behalf?

Or

Ask Saudi authorities to provide you contact detail of an agent within Pakistan

Or

Check with any DHL, FEDEX, or any other company who provide such services

**1. **Any document issued by the competent issuing authority under the jurisdiction of Pakistan Government must be attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in case if u want to use it outside of Pakistan (u may follow step 1 before getting attested from MFA).

**2. **Translation of Degree in arabic of in any other language is not required. Keep in your mind two things i) If today u translate it in arabic b’coz ur planning to visit saudia what if 2maro ur going to japan will u again translate it into japanes and so on next trip to china then in chinese?. Translation is not required ii) when u reach ur destination country, u apply for equallient certificate from local Ministry of Education and they’ll issue u according to your Pakistani certificates.

I reference to this msg of yours I contacted pakistan embassy riyadh n asked them thay whether I can attest my degree from them n then refer to mofa saudi arabia they said yes it can be done. Pakistan Embassy will charge SR.15 per document/page..I just want to be sure that this info for getting educational documents attested in this way is authentoc acceptable and there is no need of attesting docs fro. Saudi cultural office and saudi counselate…I will have accountant profession on my iqama on following instruction no 3 as per ur msg…now a question comes in my mind what will mofa saudi arabia require to attest the degrees…plz also provide info abt saudi mofa and the things they require for attestation…thanks

P.s mofa webite has a tab atttestations but all material in arabic…
