Does anyone know of any agent/office in Lahore from where I could get my Engineering degree attested from Saudi Culture Office and Saudi Embassy? Could you tell me of the procedure and cost? Also, is the attestation from Saudi culture office and Saudi embassy done at 2 different places or are both the attestations the same?
I graduated from Lahore. I am in riyadh these days and looking for job here. Since the degree attestation from the Saudi Embassy is a must in order to get your Engineer title in the Ikama, I thought I get this job done as soon as I can.
I have the degree attested from HEC. Do I still need to get it attested from Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs? And please tell me the procedure for Saudi Embassy/Consulate too.
Please share the details. Did you get it done through an agent here in saudi or did you send it to the respective offices one by one yourself? If there is some agent in Lahore who can get the job done, then please let me know.
Any type of document(s) which issued from Pakistan must be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan in case u want to use it outside of Pakistan.
As u said u graduated from lahore and currently in Riyadh. All u hav follow these steps:-
Degree/certificate should be attested by HEC (as u already attested from there)
After getting attested from HEC, u hav to attest it from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad or from its Camp Offices located in Lahore, Karachi, Quetta and Peshawar.
After getting attested from both (HEC + MFA), u hav to attest it now from Consulate General of Saudi Arabia in Islamabad. (This is option in some countries do not required but better u attested it).
Then here from Pakistan Embassy in Riyadh. After getting attested from Pakistan Embassy, Riyadh u may ask them to issue u a NOC enabling u to get equivalent certificate in arabic from Ministry of Education of Saudi Arabia.
After completing all four option, u may attest it from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of KSA.
Don’t send ur degrees/certificates through agent b’coz there r more chances for loss or counterfit. U may send it to your relatives in Pakistan and tell them to get attested from Camp Office Lahore (Sub-Office of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and i think it is nearest place for you). Attestation fee will be charge only 25 Pak Rs. If ur relatives paid more than this amount then believe me, the attestation on your degree/certificate is fake which will cause held ur degree by competent authority.
Or
you may visit directly Pakistna Embassy in Riyadh and get attested copies repeated copies of ur degree/certificate from there then from Foreign Affairs of KSA.

i have a medical degree, how do i get about attesting it for KSA. I am in Lahore and the degree was issued here.
I know a friend of mine, who got it attested and paid an agent PKR 8k, but they did everything.
Also do i need my PMDC registration, housejob certificate, experience certificates also attested??
As i wrote earlier u need to get attested it from Education Board, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad or its camp offices in Lahore, Karachi, Quetta and Peshawar, and lastly if u would like to use it in KSA or any other country (as per your destination place) than u may attest it from KSA embassy/consulate in Pakistan. If some reason, it is not possible for u to visit KSA embassy/consulate in Pakistan than after arriving in KSA, get attested from Paksitan Embassy/consulate in KSA and than Ministry of Foreign Affairs of KSA.
For More Details, Please read this carefully:
The applicant himself or his blood relatives can submit the documents in the Consular Section. The person presenting the documents on behalf of his relative is required to show his/her original ID card/Passport/Driving License/University Card/School Card/Domicile/Office Card or any of his valid ID. If no blood relative of the applicant is residing in Pakistan , the applicant is required to give an authority letter duly signed by our Mission abroad to the authorized person to be brought at the counter alongwith his documents.
The documents needing attestations can be submitted at consular office window from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. during the working days i.e. Monday-Saturday except Friday. Official timing for Friday is 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The attested documents are returned to the applicants after two hours of submission of documents.
Note: if u paid more than amount described above and attestation is done through the agent than believe me there r more chances of appearance of atttestation (seal and signature) fake. If any competent authority verified it and found fake, a legal action will be takan againt the degree holder of caused seized of his degree.
So my sincere advised is that u may go by yourself in the said office and get it attested.

Degree Attestation from HEC.
Degree Translation into Arabic.
Degree & Translation Attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Degree Attestation from Saudi Culture Office
Degree Attestation from Saudi Embassy.
I have done the attestation from HEC & will do the Step 2 & 3 as well. Unluckily, I am unable to get any news abt the attestation from Saudi Culture Office. I am baes in Lahore, do i need to visit Saudi Culture Office myself or they have any agent for them in Lahore.
Or we can do directly to Inslamabad for attestation ?
How many days will Saudi Culture Office take?
and how many days will Embassy take after that?

**1. **Any document issued by the competent issuing authority under the jurisdiction of Pakistan Government must be attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in case if u want to use it outside of Pakistan (u may follow step 1 before getting attested from MFA).
**2. **Translation of Degree in arabic of in any other language is not required. Keep in your mind two things i) If today u translate it in arabic b’coz ur planning to visit saudia what if 2maro ur going to japan will u again translate it into japanes and so on next trip to china then in chinese?. Translation is not required ii) when u reach ur destination country, u apply for equallient certificate from local Ministry of Education and they’ll issue u according to your Pakistani certificates.
**3. **Here is the contact details of Saudi Embassy in Pakistan, where u can get attested your degree or U can get it attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, of Saudi Arabia after getting attested from pakistan embassy/consulate in Saudi Arabia when u visit saudi arabia/during your stay in Saudi Arab.

4. No need for attestation from saudi cultural just follow the instruction No. 3 and this is safest n easy way
I am still a bit confused. When I called Saudi Embassy, they said you cannot come to embassy urself. U need to come thru the agent and they said U need to have the Aqama documents along with U. Whereas, the company HR who is hiring me is telling that they cannot have my Visa till the degree is attested. Could you please tell me if I can go directly to Embassy with my degree. Plus, If u know any agent in Lahore who can do it. I would be grateful to you for this.
