Dear Lethal please clear my confusions
I was in UAE when I sent my Degree to have it attested from UAE Embassy and Ministries in Pakistan, My brother sent it back to me it was attested from Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and from UAE Embassy, though I never needed that but when I switched to Saudi Arabia now I sent it again to Pakistan and this time it was attested from Higher Education Commission, Re-stamped from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and got a new stamp (in black) of verified of University of Karachi and Saudi Consulate attestation, when I was in Karachi I asked my brother again and again that
Why my degree was not attested from HEC in the first place? He said agent told him that it is necessary for Saudi Arabia due to increasing counterfeit documents
Then I asked so then why Karachi University did verified it he said he is told that it is part of HEC attestation process
Then I finally asked him which is seriously confusing me that why this Saudi embassy stamp is blurred he said its normal he himself asked the agent who showed him other degrees as well with the same blurred stamp and told that its normal and its legal and genuine so don’t worry my brother crossed checked with others they also said its ok it happens, can you clear my confusion of that
Finally I got an Arabic typed document that contains details of my degree which is not attested at all for that he was told that Arabic typed copy is not required to be attested because degree is already attested and Arabic copy is made for them it doesn’t required.
Please bro clear my confusions

Bro dingyscorpion,
for any degree/education certificate/marksheet and diploma: It must be attested by HEC and Foreign Office. After that you may attest it from Pakistan Embassy/consulate within the country where u live.
As far your concern about embassy’s stamp which is blurred. That maybe due to stamping the seal on you document or maybe due to less ink in pad. Well, as your brother already verified than there is no need to be worry. All you can do that get it attested from Pakistan embassy/consulate within Saudia and then present its copy whereever you would like to give. No need to be worry.
Still if you are not satisfy than ask your brother to call Saudi Office in Ibd or call by yourself to get authentication of their stamp by provding the serial number written on it or by the name of the attester. The saudi office will confirm you whether its genuine or fake.
Arabic translation is optional but if you had done than its oky, get it attested by Foreign Office if you wish otherwise keep it as it is.

I have a question bothering me....i wanted to know that HEC nad MOFA doesnot attest any documents translation other than english or urdu.
is it compulsory to get arabic translation of degrees attested from cultural ministry and saudi embassy for visa stamping........

It is not compulsory to get arabic translation attested. If you already attested english translation than that is fine enough.

so it is confirm that there is no need of providing or even attesting arabic translation of degrees when i have the original attested from HEC,MOFA and SAUDI CONSULATE AND CULTURAL MINISTRY.
THE ANSWER OF THIS QUESTION IS CAN SAVE MY TIME AND MONEY........I HAVE ACCOUNTANTS VISA TO SAUDI ARABIA////

Bro muavia,
Let me clear your doubt. A degree in its originate should be attested by from its respect Uni, HEC, MOFA and Saudi Consulate and Cultural Ministry. Translation in arabic of any degree is no recommended. When you are in any other country than you may get an equivalent certificate from the local Ministry of Education (if there is any demand by local Govt.).
However, other documents i.e. marriage certificate, birth certificate, domicile certificate etc., may be translated in arabic and get attested if you would like to use it in near future.

i need urgent help. please tell me is it necessary to get SSC & HSSC certificates attested from MOFA for attestation from saudi cultural office and saudi embassy?
MOFA is saying get them verified from IBCC. IBCC is saying that i should go there in person to get them verified and they are not doing it on authority letter. (SSC & HSSC are attested from FBISE)

i'm already living in KSA. i called the saudi culture office and saudi embassy today and they say they only need the BS/MS degree attested from mofa and they dont need the verification of SSC & HSSC certificates. for embassy if you attach the copy of these certificates then it will make your case strong enough.
it is not possible for me to go to pakistan just to get these 2 certificates verified from IBCC.
the person sitting in embassy was telling me that saudi peoples are weird. now in pakistan cultural office need request letter from the sponsor attested from chamber of commerce and MOFA saudia. but if you go to MOFA they say u need to get your degrees attested from embassy in pakistan then they will attest the letter, Saudi embassy in pakistan says they will do attestation after getting attested from saudi culture office. and culture office needs letter attested from MOFA saudia. it seems like some gorakh dhanda, running from one office to another and from saudia to pak and pak to saudia.

I didn’t know that u r living in KSA.
Forget what that embassy’s person saying. If he/she really wants to help you than there are many many ways they can help by using bilateral powers.
Oky u told that they don’t accept the authority letter. Is your authority letter is dully attested (stamped and sealed) from Pakistan embassy/consulate within KSA? and did u wrote the ID numbers of those person who is follow up it? Is it also attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of KSA? Lastly have u sent original Authority letter printed on original local stamp paper? If ‘Yes’ than there should be no chance for its rejection.
Another thing which you can do is to ask education department at Pak embassy/consulate if they dispatch and receive your original degree or it copy (it will cost you Rs 500 to 800 or equal in Saudi Riyals paid in Pak embassy/consulate) to/from Pakistan (all expensive shall be done by degree holder) than try this way
or
get the sponsor’s letter and attest in from Chamber of Commerce, than MOFA of KSA than Pak embassy/consulate and send it with original Authority letter to Pak
or
or let anyone from your relatives/friends to contact a trustworthy authorized agent in Pakistan who can help you in this matter
or
ask ‘NOC’ or ‘authentication certificate’ from your Pak embassy/consulate stating that this or that degree is 100% genuine/verified. If this certificates works than good for you.
All I can do it to guide/suggest you and there might be chances that my info could be wrong.

salam and thanks brother for ur help.......your guidance really paved my way in regards of degree attestations......Now I have to ask u a few questions,,,,,,1. i have a e number for saudi visa issued but the problem is that my medical will expire on 12 of this month and my visa is still not stamped....if i have to get a new medical report..will a new e number b required or the old one will do....thanks in advance and waiting for ur reply

I have an offer from Riyadh, but I am currently resident in UAE. My degree is already attested by HEC, MoFA Pakistan. Can I send my degree to anyone there for just saudia attestation? do i need to attest it again from MoFA pakistan? I want to stay back in UAE, until my visa for saudia is issued. Due to kids schooling. Is it possible?
