i need urgent help. please tell me is it necessary to get SSC & HSSC certificates attested from MOFA for attestation from saudi cultural office and saudi embassy?

MOFA is saying get them verified from IBCC. IBCC is saying that i should go there in person to get them verified and they are not doing it on authority letter. (SSC & HSSC are attested from FBISE)

1- If you r going to KSA for job than ‘Yes’.
2- If they want degree holder should come by him/herself than you must go. Follow the rules
