NS is an opportunist. We know that deep down the Sharifs are conservative and probably even pro-jihadists even if they cunningly do not want to admit it in public. Even in Punjab, PML-N draws most of it’s support from conservative-minded Punjabis. Most liberals support either PPP or Imran Khan. Look at the paindoo lawyers who garlanded a criminal. Most of them belonged to the lawyers wing of PML-N. Although I like Imran, I absolutely do not support his stance on religious extremism
