When people say the Liberal Fascists are worse than the crazy nutters that blow themselves up, what do you use to define this weird and obtuse term?

Isn’t it just a label that has negative connotations used to describe a counterpoint to the ideas and ideologies of the “crazy nutters that blow themselves up”? Given that there is no homogeneous ideology amongst the crazy nutters, those labeled Liberal Fascists also have no single manifestation.
