Your understanding is baseless and led by general conception floating/planted on these forums
I have given you elaborated reasons including images as to how/why these engineering modifications were/are necessary.
As far the New mono rail system at the Holy sites and why only GCC nationals are allowed onboard, all reasons and speculations above are premature. IMO Since this system is brand new and untested from the security perspective hence floated for limited use only. I’m pretty sure this system’s inception was conceived for All Pilgrims for their best comfort/ease/safety regardless of race or region.
But then again if you have ‘hatred for Saudis’ these basic and common sense matters will remain beyond your understanding .
