To be true, it's really unfair to do something like that, education is every individuals's right, be it a guy or a girl, n also marrying a girl at the age of 14 is really very bad. However, Islamically what she is doing is right but there should be a balance of both deen n dunya.

By the way, she's the mother n she knows what's best for her children n is doin accordingly.

she's paving a way that'll screw up her kids, even if she might have good intentions. Just because you want the best for your children doesn't mean they'll lead the best life. If i was in your position, i'd let the authorities know that she is not following the program as she is supposed to.
