Agents like Raymond are part of the human intelligence network. They also, act as Target Acquisition specialists or help recruit them. I believe, the coordiates needed for drone attacks are identified by these folks. Now, Target acquisition specialists are part of special ops teams as well.

They are part of war strategy, NOT there to implement huge conspiracy to destablize Pakistan, like many of the conspiracy hungry Pakistanis would like to believe.

In that case these agents are not welcome in Pakistan because this is a clear breach of our sovereignty.

And if there is any truth in what you are saying, then why did the Pakistan army become so concerned about the activities of these agents that it asked them to leave the country?

Apparently ex-Pak ambassador to US, Haqqani was issuing visas to US contractors/agents like freebies (which PA was very unhappy about and quite rightly so). Thank god he has been removed…
