Reminds me of the circumstances surrounding my uncleās 2nd divorce, shortly after the nikkah ceremony (though to be fair, it wasnāt over āHaq Mahar + Jaheez + Khanaā or āHonda Motor Cycle[s]ā but principles. Go figure.).
mental notes:
1) must get girl's side to specify in writing the brand of motorcycle they will include as part of jahez.
2) also, take security with wedding party to avoid phaintee from girl's side.
3) when phaintee inevitably commences, run like hell.
4) be greedy but without becoming a youtube celebrity.

Well there *was *that time a prospective rishta showed up at the house with nothing but flowers so we gave that SOB a drubbing! The next time he woos a girl, he'll have the decency to bring Lennox or Mikasa, like a proper first-time guest, the cheap b@stard!
