Roots don't have to be Pakistani or cultural...he may be referring to his faith and Pakistan is not the only Muslim country on the planet.

Its not negativity....it's called facing realties which most people find difficult to do...and I didn't mention anything about Islam or muslims then why are you telling me that Pakistan is not the only muslims country....where in my 2 messages did i claim it?

I am looking to find a suitable match for my self. I am ideally looking to get married by next year. Sign up on the websites and look through profiles. A lot of good girls have put up their profiles. Issue is there is no other common venue to meet and essentially rishta aunties are nothin more than a pre-filtered search engine for profiles, problem being they use their paindoo filters that you may not agree with so why not use the websites instead?
For UK Muslims : muzmatch and singlemuslim and shaadi. Maybe your friends were clicking on profiles with girls who are posing like hookers then are shocked to find out they're not good girls. You want a nice girl? Read the profile and talk to the girl and forgive her for falling 20 percent short of beauty queen and you'll find the right person. Put stock in make up and hair gel that the girls use and you might not get a nice girl. Simple.

Oh and haven't tried eharmony yet but match dot com has a lot of desis on it, although most will be more westernized. Obviously they're on a forum that allows non Muslims to interact with them so more liberal guys on there about 25 percent id say drink alcohol. Works for some desis, so just putting it out there. I did meet a couple of nice people off that website.

Why not? I was born in the UK and alhumdullilah I have kept myself from haraam. I don't drink, smoke, haven't been clubbing, pray 5 times a day, respect my parents, graduated with a good degree and working.
If I as a man can do this then why cant a girl, just because your born in the UK it doesn't necessarily give you the entitlement to become corrupted!
Living in the west doesn't mean you forget where your roots are from and I believe you have one life why not LIVE it the right way!
