I am also getting married in December (in lahore).
I have no idea where I am going to get the clothes from, but my sister says it will be okay and will not take much time if I get ready made dress (She selected hers within three day).
I will be getting my make up done either form Madeeha's (soft make up) or from Allenora (traditional make up). My sister got hers from Allenora and she is happy with it and suggesting me to go there also, but I am still not sure.
Photography you can either get it done from the place you are going to get your make up from (Madeeha and Allenora both has there own studio) or you can go to someone else. I am planning to go to Shah Nawaz. He is pretty good, but very expensive in my opinion (but what the hake you are going to get married only once).
Jewelers I am not too sure about. My mom got hers from Farhat Ali (very small jewelry shop on mall road). I talk to them last year when I went to Pakistan. They said it will take them 15 days to make the set ready if I give them the design, but then they said IF I am really in hurry then they can make it within a week (which I think is good).
Venues I am thinking of Deewan e Khas (it is kind of mughal style) and not too expensive.
Let me know what you end up deciding may be I can get some ideas from you

congrats, makes the goven to lots more names c two off us, we can go shopping together........hehehehehehehe, mine_me ha given me lots to places i can go to you check hem out too i wanted have a talor made wedding dress for myself but because of the time ristrictions i wont be able to do that i think because ecember is the weding sesons in pakistan as well. i wnt to go to shahnawaz fgor my weding coverage s well but apparently he said hes no available for the weddng coverage he an only d the photo shoots so i dont no what im goin to do but now that mine_me has given me more names i can find out abt them too, i'll most difinatley tell you what im going to do.
i have alread got my walima lehnga but i cant upload th picture here i dont know hw too

Try to make all the appointments (palour/venues/photo shoot) early as possible because December is going to be VERY busy

is he the only one with hd tech, he covred myuncles wedding 3 yrs ago and it was really good i am hoping i could have photoshoot for mehindi baraat and walima as wel as video coverage for the 3 days including manya i just hjope hes free i cnt ook anything s wyet because i havent fixed a date for the wedding yet m parents rw going to do that when we get there which s really annoyng me all i know is that im going to be getting married stright after eid

My suggestion would be to make all the appointments and reservation at least a month or so before (maybe that is even too late). Otherwise you might not be able to get the desire parlor or photographer. Shahnawaz was telling me that I should make reservation no later than September if I want to go with HD, because they have limited number of equipments.
Prices will also go up as you go closer to December, so you might end up paying more if you wait longer. Thatās what I think you can try to contact Madeehaās & Allenora and see what they say.

still looking for the photpgrapher n videographer... suggestions would be great...
