I am kind of sad with this decision. I am not justifying the murder but Rangers are not Peshawar Qatil. This was not even legally a murder, this was an involuntary man slaughter because the intent to kill the person was not there. It does not look like a sentence, it looks more like a revenge.

May be u right! its seems to me like a secerify to obtain some postive immage about seucity agencies, isnt a fast and quick verdict?
