I agree with your thinking. By I hope by ‘Peshawar’ you don’t mean the Pakistani city but ‘professional’!

I am kind of sad with this decision. I am not justifying the murder but Rangers are not Peshawar Qatil. This was not even legally a murder, this was an involuntary man slaughter because the intent to kill the person was not there. It does not look like a sentence, it looks more like a revenge.
