I don’t know if it’s healthy or not ! But I have a very slow metabolism and I gain weight very quickly so paratha everyday is a big no no 
.But if you have a fast metbolism you can have it everyday too 
I have a very slow metabolism too, and every time i eat a paratha, i get a heart burn all day long!!!
So I eat a paratha very rarely but I still love 'em especially aloo de parathe!!!
I eat them quite often during ramadan in sehri.. keeps me going all day long.
But I make sure to drink loads of water as well....

I love all the parathas .. but the bestest combinatons are Simple Salted paratha with tea … or Paratha with hummous ..

I pity those who have parathas twice a month.. i do change my shape to round than leaving parathas
a man went to a doctor and asked him, I don't eat parathas, i don't date girls, i goto bed at 10 pm max, i do my daily exercise everyday, i don't drink lassi or sharbat or colas, i don't eat sweets and chocolates ( specially lado and burfi), i don't eat fried food... now can i live for 70 years?
Doctors asked him in reply, why do you need to live that long....

all food is there to eat... my moto.. live to eat... have you tried simple paratha with Achaar... its yummmyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy nothing is even close to it... Parathas with Kari Pakora...
Every time my wife ask me what to cook, i tell her, Allo walay, Moli walay, or simple parathaas... infact there is something called paratha rolls.. it is great in taste...

When i was in Dubai , there was this little place , indian restaurant that did tawa chicken paratha rolls .. and they were totally killer rolls

omg, now iam dying here.
but my fav is my mum’s parathas with fried egg. it’s to die for.
My wife have mastered the art of parathas.. and she have specialized in paratha rolls… i am so lucky, she is visiting Pak and i have to eat a sara howa paratha at local Pakistani rest. but even sara howa paratha is lot better than many other so-called food-stufff
Egg fried, both sides, or omelet with parathaaaaaaaas… yummy.. strange enough i just had my lunch of some dead kind of food… and i have taste of anda-paratha in my mouth
