I’ve had this problem since childhood, i have problems to deal with people who are not as intelligent/educated/quick as me:bummer:
I simply find it hard to imagine how long it takes for “stanrdard” brain to memorise something, or to get the meaning of a little bit intellectual piece of work. And when i talk about thing in a natural way, for me, those who don’t have a brain as quick as mine, or with same “storage facilities” as mine, feel insulted:bummer:
well this problem occurs mainly at school of course, i thought it was maybe jealousy at first , but now as i’m older i think it’s kinda difficult for brains with different “thinking speed” to communicate to each other smoothly as no matter what you say, you can’t really make another brain understand things as quick as you’d wish it…and end up frustrated about waiting ages for others to get the point:bummer:
has someone face it too? do you think there is another “cure” than shutting up?
it is really sadening to me , especially after saw a girl bursting into cries at work one day, saying to our manager “it’s not fair we have this gifted gal with us so the formation will allways be too fast for us!”
damn she seemed so desperate…

i don’t know how it’s related to the ability to understand economics, mathematics, accounting, physics, biology, chemistry or even to understand foreign languages???

noor you just have to learn to be patient. It happens to me sometimes 2. I dont mind slowing down and explaining things to people. Think of it as doing a good deed for someone. :)
Its not about school no matter how hard you try to make it up as.

You are trying to put someone else down to make yourself look/feel better.
Im just stating what others are afraid or are too scared to state.
You can go back to talking bout school now.
But your attitude on GS is annoying however noone stops you from being yourself.
How bout let others be themselves too.
there is enough space here to do your own thing in that corner and let others do their own thing in their corners.
I used to get frustrated that others cudnt understand simple polynomials and algebra and english grammar.. Then i started HS/college, and I was on the other end :(
i agree with you angel eyes, patience is something important, but it’s just than an everwaiting situation makes loose my temper in the long run…i mean i can be patient, but i don’t know how to be forever patient…especially because if you are patient you realise people never loose an occasion to stumble on your feet afterwards:bummer:

Joking aside, I actually used to think I was smart and got frustrated with people who were not on the same wavelength as mine. Then I met Dr. Mallory, a good friend of Linus Pauling, and I knew what the true geniuses are made of. This guy, if he wanted to, could hand your ass over to you in a second, but he never chose to. Now, that’s a gentleman for you right there. Needless to mention, this experience brought me back to earth.
You seem to be suffering from hubris, not something ur religion preaches. For a cure imagine urself between people who are smarter than you and see how you would feel if they couldn’t tolerate your low intelligence level. Make amendments accordingly.
