I totally agree with this. Let us not be selective and try all of them, dead or alive, for treason. This will making generals think twice before stagging coups in the future.

LAHORE: The government should proceed against all living and dead military rulers under the High Treason Act of 1973, Law Commission of Pakistan Secretary Dr Faqeer Hussain said on Wednesday.
He told Dawn News that the most serious challenge facing the nation was the prevalence of the culture of impunity with regard to high treason. He said it was unfortunate that the successful completion of this crime saved the perpetrator from punishment because the offender took the highest position in the state. Dr Hussain said that the situation could greatly improve if the courts ruled against such orders, adding that the perpetrators should be punished, as this would serve as deterrence for would-be military rulers.

Dictators have plundered and looted this country for a greater amount of time. Musharraf's plundering tenure almost equals the combined four terms of BB and NS.
Its dictators who pardon criminals like Zardari and Nawaz, make alliances with them, help them in their crimino-political career (Hint: NRO). I am all for prosecuting Zardari, Nawaz, Altaf etc :k:

According to Altaf bhai he didnt... According to people, yes he did, probably alot more than the two combined, just wait and see, excrepts available in military Inc. More details will come out after he goes. Even if we assume he didnt plunder, he gave us plenty of other gifts in the form of civil war, loss of sovereignty, pithoism, destruction of media, judiciary, abduction of civilians, terrorism, crackdown on mosques, corruption, no power, you name it!
