Chavez is an uncouth and authoritarian lout that is trying to convert his country into a socialist, dictatorial state. He hands out money to the poor to buy their 'love' and make them dependent. The idiot still lost the election.
As far as being labeled evil (which he obviously is), I doubt he'll drink champagne when he hears it. He's too lowbrow for such civilities. He spends his time making blowhard, beligerant and personally insulting speeches against his adversaries. Racist and machismo. Kind of like an uncultured Bush (and Bush isn't all that cultured). Hopefully they will throw him out and save their country before it's too late.

I listed the reasons I thought he was evil. None of them had to do with him going against my country, the average American, whisky or dreams. (BTW Americans consider Chivas Regal to be a scotch, not whisky).

No, I made comments on Zionism and zionists not jews in connection to America. I beg to differ. Chivaz has at least guts to oppose the world powers and the new world order, which makes me feel much better. The rest of the world is just licking their feet.

He is taking away press freedoms, persecuting opponents, controlling the courts, taking away human rights and leading them to economic disaster. He is going to drive out out the educated and middle class, their talent and money just like Castro did.

Cuba is a similar victim of the neo-cons fake anti-dictatorship campaign. Imposed sanctions have made Cuba what It is by now. Maybe they would have had some stability similiar to what China has forced on their people.
And yet remember, that worse things are happening right now in my country (Pakistan) and yet I don't hear you crying on these matters.
The same neo-cons appreciate Pak's dictatorship and at the same try to fight +10 better dictators in 10 other countries.

I'm not am not a neocon or responsible for US foreign policy that favors national interests over the spread of freedom. I personally have disdain for all dictators. No, I am not crying about Pakistan's dicatorship, but Venezuela isn't a nuclear armed country with a large population of religious extremists trying to overthrow the government.
I'm not denying US foreign policy is hypocritical when someone says US has a strict anti-dicatorship policy. They are acting in what they believe are best national interests. Now whether they actually are in best interests is also debatable.
